Who is The Catering Queen?

Food has always meant love in my family. My mother, Angela Elizabeth, and my grandmother, Ruby Jewel, taught me that a table is where people feel taken care of, and that idea shaped everything I've built since. It's also where my company's name comes from: Elizabeth Jewel Consulting carries both of them with me into every brand I work with.  I've spent 22 years in operations, 12 of them inside restaurants, leading catering at GoToFoods (formerly Focus Brands) and Subway. At Subway, I helped lead the relaunch of the catering experience across more than 20,000 U.S. locations, building branded packaging and a delivery model that positioned Subway as a real player in B2B catering.  Somewhere along the way, the industry started calling me The Catering Queen. I've shared what I've learned on stages like ezCater's Catering Forum and Food on Demand, and in Nation's Restaurant News, PRNewswire, and PYMNTS. But mostly, I just love helping brands turn catering into something their customers, and their bottom line, actually feel good about.
