Who is The Catering Queen?
Jenn's Story
Bringing love and joy through food is Jenn Saunders-Haynes’ passion. With 20 years of operations experience and 10 of those years in the restaurant industry, she has a solid record of bringing that passion to customers and catering events.
Jenn has worked as Director of Global Catering at GoToFoods (formerly Focus Brands) and Subway and has led the relaunch of the catering experience for over 20,000 locations in the United States. Branded packaging and a delivery model crafted under her direction have elevated Subway to a key player in the business-to-business catering segment in North America and has now extended to several regions across the world.
Named after the women that taught her to cook, her mother and grandmother, Elizabeth Jewel Consulting, LLC, began with a passion for helping businesses succeed. She saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services and set out to create a company that would meet that need.
Jenn is recognized professionally in the quick-service restaurant space for thought leadership and skillful communication about catering. She has spoken at restaurant events, such as ezCater’s Catering Forum and Food on Demand, and has been featured in articles in Nation’s Restaurant News, PRNewswire and Pyments.com, earning her the title of "The Catering Queen".
